Dear Guests,

In order to make your stay in Edelweiss-Apartment House enjoyable, we would like to ask you to keep to the following policy.

Night-time rests:

• Please, keep quiet in the apartments after 10. p.m. !
• In case you arrive or leave the apartment house after 10 p.m. please, keep in mind that the other tenants may want to have a rest, and try to come and go quietly!
• We expect respectful behaviour from the guests and visitors of the apartment house

Arrival/Leaving:

• The apartments can be occupied after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
• On the day of leaving, please, pack your luggage and return the keys to the caretaker before 10 a.m.!
• Arrivals before 2 p.m. or after 6 p.m. must be arranged in advance. Reception is not available all day.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment house

Smoking:

• Smoking is prohibited on the whole area of the apartment house

Lift:

• Please, do not use the lift while wearing skis or ski boots!

Sauna:

• The sauna is operational from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. every day
• Wellness facilities are free of charge for our guests
• Eating and drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed on the area of the sauna!

Waste collection

• You are asked to collect waste selectively in the dustbin and to empty the dustbin inside into the selective dustbin outside

Flat:

• Please use the apartment, the rooms and equipment as it is intended!

Tenants must take responsibility for any damages made in the building or on its neighbourhood! In case of not intended use like damage, increased dirt or piled up waste the deposit or part of it is withheld.
